If Embedded FAQ widget is not displaying any data after following the below steps:
1 Added FAQs in editor.
2 Created a new widget for FAQ.
3 Added widget code in your website.
Now if faqs are not shown in your website, it can be due to either of the below reasons.
Reason 1: Did not include the container with the mentioned class name in widget settings
In widget settings, there is a container classname into which your faqs will populate. This container should be available inside your webpage where your widget is embedded.
Make sure the container is visible in the webpage.
Reason 2: The FAQ page is not published
If FAQs are not listed even after adding the container with the right class name and visibility, then it is because your main FAQ page inside the editor is not published. If you have added new FAQ or made changes to existing questions, always publish the page, to display the changes inside your widget.
