What is the purpose of Draft mode in the Job listing?

When you add open job positions to the career page, you can see that there is a Draft mode ON indication at the top right.

This can be used for two purposes.

📝The job listing is still in editing and not ready to go live on the careers page.

🔒The job vacancy is closed, and you do not want to remove the specific listing from the careers page. This way, the job details are saved, and you can enable them in the future when there is an opening for the same position again. This is an alternative to deleting the vacancy once the job opening is filled.

If the Draft mode is left ON, the corresponding job listing will not be displayed on the Careers page. (You can check this with the Preview also).

When the job details are completely filled, and you want to display the job listing on the Careers page, turn the 'Draft' mode to OFF.

The Draft option is available for every individual job listing. And the listings are marked as a draft in your dashboard as well.

Here is a preview of the Careers page for the above job listing account.
