How to add a blog page to your website?

Publishing your Blog page with a custom domain URL requires one-time support from your developer to create a new DNS record for the blog subdomain in the DNS manager of your domain provider, as elaborated in this article.


1To get started, Sign up for your SubPage account, enter your website's main domain URL, and click 'Create Blog.'

2Choose a blog layout to start with; you can change it later.

3Enter the name of the blog and click on 'Setup.'


Note - By default, it will be set to a SubPage domain, but you can switch to your Custom domain later.

4Once the blog page is published, click 'Start Writing.'

5You will be taken to the Blog page builder, where you can create a blog from scratch or generate blogs using AI.

6Once the blog articles are created, click the 'Connect Domain' button at the top.

7In the sidebar that appears, click the 'Publish Type' dropdown and select 'Custom Domain.'

Even if you don't have a website to host your blog page, you can select the SubPage domain for hosting.


8Enter your desired subdomain name for your blog page. Create a new DNS record for this subdomain in your domain provider's DNS manager. Refer to this article for more details.


9Click 'Save and Publish.'
