Sharing in SubPage is page based. A domain space is added for each business website for creating and managing its subpages. Each SubPages can be shared individually with specific members in various roles.
Now let us go through the basic steps in sharing a SubPage with other members:
1Log into your SubPage account and verify that you're viewing the correct domain space on your dashboard. If not, switch to the desired domain space.
2Locate and click on the specific page you want to share.
3Once the page opens, click the share icon at the top-right corner.
4The members sidebar will appear. Enter the respective members email ID to share the page.
5Choose a role for the user from common options like Reviewer, Editor, or Admin. For detailed information about each role, refer to this [help article].
6After selecting a role, the system will automatically send an onboarding email to the user.
For the shared user, the domain space will be listed along with 'shared' tag in their SubPage dashboard.
