Reviewer: Can view the shared pages with all its content, but cannot edit them. For certain pages (like blog), reviewer can leave comments on the article.

Editor: Can edit and add content - for e.g, if a blog is shared with editor permission, the shared user can

  1. view all existing blogs,
  2. edit them or
  3. create new.
  4. can publish individual articles

A user in the Editor role cannot

  1. alter the top menu or footer details
  2. cannot make any layout design changes
  3. cannot add/edit widgets for the page.
  4. cannot publish domain changes

Admin: Has full access, including creating, editing, and publishing all SubPages, but cannot remove/delete the page.

Role-based permissions let you share individual SubPages with team members by assigning specific roles. This ensures that each member has the appropriate access to the shared page without the risk of unauthorized changes.
