Before following these steps, you should have set up your basic domain settings, which is done during the first login. If you are logging in to your SubPage account for the first time, refer to this Getting Started video and then come back here.
1 First, log in to your SubPage account and click on 'Add New' on your dashboard.
2 Click on 'Help Center' from the listed page options.
3 Now, click on the 'Start documenting' button on the next screen.
4 You will be taken to the Help Center page editor. Click on the "New Support Article" button to start writing your first support article.
