Yes, the Help center page comes with a default 'Contact Support' form.
Users can send queries by clicking on the 'Contact' icon found next to the search box on the Help center page and on the widget.
This is how the default contact form looks like:
You can configure the email address to which all these customer support queries go to from your Help Center page settings.
1Open the Help Center page editor and click on the settings icon from the sidebar.
If the email address is not added here, then queries are sent to the domain owner's email address.
